I took a nice, long hiatus because…well, because I can. 

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:  I do this because it’s fun.  Unlike your other girls that do this because it’s their job, I log on when I’m feeling naughty.

Plus I’m still holding issue with the fact that I got nothing for Valentine’s Day from any of you.  :-P 

So, in lieu of the missing flowers and trinkets I should have been showerred with, I’ve spent time spoiling MYSELF! 

My flower bed is looking lovely, and I’ve just orderred three azaleas for the front.

I haven’t been on in a while.  Did you miss me? 

I wanted to concoct some kind of elaborate story about why I haven’t been around, but the truth is…I have a life. 

Currently I’m throwing myself into gardening, getting myself back into college and going to LapBand appointments.  Plus I have an anniversary party to go to in another couple of weeks.  It’s just been a lot, and I don’t like to log on to NiteFlirt just because I need money.

I log on when I have a nice, easy lul in my life to fill.

So I’ll be on for a few hours.  Call me if you like.  ;-)  I have the listings with assinine titles (they just work for me much better than fake-ass stuff).

I have a friend on the RL side who I’ve known since I was in high school.  He’s a DJ and he made a bulletin on MySpace telling people that he picked up an extra shift and how “rockin” it was going to be.

I wonder how “rockin’” it would be if they knew what kind of a pathetic turd he was when he was young. 

So is that how I should play it?  I’m a nice, normal girl who digs on making money doing naughty things.  But should I lie and play it up like I’ve been a whore since I was in the womb? 

I doubt you’ll think it’s sexy that I was Student Council treasurer, made the President’s List (it’s a high school equivalent of the Dean’s List) every marking period, was in Great Books, or played JV volleyball.

But you might think it was sexy that when my Math teacher placed his warm hand on my back to commend me on my work it sent shivvers up my spine and got me a bit wet.

The fact that I volunteered to make my Drawing teacher in college his own web site that would make class notes available to his students … it probably wouldn’t turn a head…

But the time that my suitemates and I collected various liquids for a week and threw them out of our tenth story dorm room at noisy sorority bitches might bring a smile to your face.

Or the time that I had a secret rendezvous with a 55 year old man on viagra one night just to see what it was like to fuck a man over twice my age…

I don’t know.  I’m not fake.  I don’t like to lie.  But I think I’ve done enough shit in my life to make me worth your time.

For those of you with significant others, I can’t think of a lovelier gift than a lilac bush or a hydrangea.  They come as roots, so you have to be patient…but you could say something to her like “It grows just like our love.” or “It will get more beautiful each year…just like you!”  ;-D

I’ve spent a great deal of time lately trying to decide why change is such an important thing in my life.

Why do I always venture down the road less travelled?

Most people do it for attention.  Attention’s nice, I guess, but I’m not too big on it.  I like to give attention more than receive it.

So why?  It came to me late last night while I was watching this story on TV about a widow who had to struggle through the welfare system with her three kids.  She worked so hard and now she’s a successful lawyer with a nice suburban house and kids in college.

She’s a success story.  Watching her story made me feel good.  And THAT’s why I’ve always ventured for radical change.

Someday I want people to hear about, read about, know about me - and I want that to make them feel good.

I was going through my webstats and a couple of search queries that got people here peaked my interest.  I thought I’d share:

Yes and no.  Yes, NF women are sitting at home taking your calls.  Yes, a lot of them use their real pictures.  Yes, they put up their own listings (though sometimes they buy all the fancy artwork and code from a designer if they’re just not good at it…but they picked it out).  Yes, we enjoy the things we write about in our listings (we wrote it, we CHOOSE to do it! )

No, they aren’t looking for a relationship irl (they can give you the GFE, but they won’t be pleasantly suprised if you show up at their door…and some of them own guns! ).  No, not all NF women use their own pictures (some of them have real life jobs/families/etc that don’t allow them to be that candid…but the fact that they still want to do PS anyway says something about them, right? ).  No, not all PSO’s get off on EVERY call (we’re not robots - we can’t rub one off in 2 minutes, and if you’re the fifth call of the night…well…we could just log off if we aren’t going to get off…but we choose to take your call because we like getting guys off!).  No, not everything we write in our listings is something we like to do irl (we may fantasize about being choked/wearing a dog collar/whathaveyou while having sex…but it might just be a fantasy.
